At Revolution Cycle CLE, I strive to provide transparent pricing for my services. While parts cost and availability may vary, as well as the complexity of bikes and e-bikes, I aim to give you a clear understanding of what to expect. Whether it's a simple tune-up or a more intricate repair, I am here to help you navigate the costs associated with keeping your bike in top condition. Revolution Cycle CLE is a MOBILE ONLY service arranged by appointment only.
Text your name, address, type of bike and service you would like to receive. Service Call $10 charge in our primary service area with a $30 minimum invoice.
Basic Tuneup service
Ensure your bike performs at its best by adjusting derailleurs and brakes for smooth shifting and stopping. We also clean and lubricate the drivetrain and true your wheels, providing a safe and enjoyable ride. This option is adequate for most bikes. $50 plus parts.
Comprehensive Tuneup service
All of the above services, plus wheel truing off bike, wheel bearing service, one inner tube replacement or one brake cable replacement. Frame cleanup. $90 plus parts.
Biannual Touchup service
If I’ve tuned your bike within the last few years, it likely doesn’t need major work. Still, cables can stretch over time, wheels can drift slightly out of true from potholes or curbs, and brake pads can wear enough to need small adjustments. A touch‑up includes a full safety check, minor tuning, and inflating your tires to the recommended pressure. $30 plus parts
Common Services

Tire/tube change. Cost ranges from $30 for a common bicycle, up to $60 for a fat-tire e-bike rear tire. Includes tube.

Replace disc brake pads front and rear, $50-60 parts and labor.

Replace brake cables, inner only $20 upcharge with a basic tune-up. Add $10 for outer housing

Replace shift cables, inner only $20 upcharge with a basic tune-up. Add $10 for outer housing. STI shifters can be higher.

Adjust brakes $10 + parts. rim or disc

Hydraulic Brake Bleed $25-$35 per caliper + fluids and parts.

Derailleur Replacement $10-$20 + parts and adjustments if needed.

Change Bottom Bracket $20-30 (cartridge-type)

Hub Bearings $10-$15 + wheel removal and install

Install common accessories/parts (Bells, bottle cages, fenders, rear rack, child seat, trailer mount, training wheels, saddles.) $5-$25

Chain remove and install $35 parts and labor. ($20 for a 6/7/8 speed chain, $15 labor) 9/10/11/12, call ahead.

Cassette/Freewheel $10 + wheel remove and install

Headset/bearing cup/fork removal, lubricate and reassemble (by appointment)

Wheel remove and install $5-20 (Shop rate for some E-bikes)

Off-bike wheel truing as a stand-alone procedure, $30-$50 per wheel

Bar Tape $15 (plus parts, or you supply the tape)

Assemble direct to consumer bicycle or e-bike. $50 an hour. Typically, $50 for 20" kids bike, $75 for adult bike, $100 for most e-bikes, $150 for a fat tire e-bike or trike.
